The unique Reale table is the work of the architect and designer Carlo Mollino, published by Zanotta, it is undoubtedly one of the icons of Italian design of the 50s. The original piece was auctioned by Christie's in New York for $3,824,000, the record for furniture auctions in the 20th century. Carlo Mollino defined himself as "an aerodynamic surrelist", and his interest in flight and aerobatics can be seen in the constructive forms of this table.

Mesa Reale is one of the icons of the Italian firm Zanotta. Reale combines a rigid and complicated solid oak wood structure with a lightweight beveled or unbeveled glass top or a sophisticated Emperador marble top.
