Coral Table - Punt Mobles

"Like a seed, Coral is an element that appears as if it had grown from the ground and spreads like a living being, a visually kinetic sculpture, a nature in action. Developed geometrically in a similar way to my Ghost sculpture series, the table foot holds the table top as if the anemone appeared in its shell," explains designer and artist Arik Levy.

Coral is a single table concept with infinite possible interpretations. The elegance and purity in its lines dialogues with the arty language and organic style of the Israeli creator, who had already collaborated in 2016 with Punt Mobles. It is flexible, adapts to different uses and rooms (from dining room to office) and is available for custom orders. It consists of walnut legs in the shape of a totem pole with petals and an oval or round top, which can be customized with different shapes and materials.

"I designed and imagined Coral as an idea that could be transformed and translated into multiple products that would give the market the answer to current changes and activities," Levy continues. Coral leaves or petals swirling sensually around a displaced center interact with the space and read light and shadow at every moment. Its stability due to its perfect geometry and construction allow generous legroom for the user providing visual and ergonomic comfort and making any use a perpetual joy and pleasure. Almost like in abstract art, Coral allows you to be all the metaphors you can imagine."

The Coral table offers 3 types of top board, top of MDF E1 board (low formaldehyde content) cladding in natural walnut wood with beveled edge of solid wood, Dekton top or tempered glass.

The upper plate of union between legs and the glass top is in stainless steel.

The legs are fixed to the glass top by a rotating anchoring system.

The table legs are made of plywood veneered in natural walnut wood with rounded edges.
