Maija 15 is a table lamp design that emits a dim and relaxing light, thanks to the predisposition of the different layers of its body. The Maija 15 table lamp is perfect for placing on bedside tables or in intimate living room environments. Available in white and pale pink.
The Maija 15 table lamp is a design that its author, In 1955, Tapiovaara undertook the project of a lamp, inspired by the Maya bee, known as Maija in Finland. As he himself said "it is not possible to create a new object from any reference", he was always inspired by nature. He designed a tower of superimposed saucers in the form of a honeycomb between which the light filters outwards as well as through its upper part, as is usual in lighting designed in the Nordic countries, from the inside out.
