The Bumper monobloc sofa, designed by Calvi Brambilla for Zanotta, is like a soft sculpture thanks to its curves. It is easy to see how it is structured in three heights, being its distinctive feature at the design level. The seat is a single, deep cushion of generous dimensions. The backrest is low making everything one with the armrest, with a curved profile and an enveloping shape that invites you to sit and enjoy.
The Bumper sofa has the seat on a single deep cushion, generously sized, the backrest is low and voluminous in tune with the armrests, outlining a curved profile and an enveloping shape that welcomes and invites its user to sit and relax. The backrest has a removable cover and is attached to the seat with pin hooks taken from the automotive industry, which also inspired the name of the product.
Materials: Wooden frame. Seat, backrest and base upholstered in polyurethane of different densities/ Dacron Du Pont. Cushion in recycled and recyclable polyester flakes. Fixed nylon inner cover; in cotton/polyester for the cushion. Removable fabric cover.
The support cushions, which can be placed freely, are padded with recycled and recyclable polyester chips and provide adequate backrest for a more formal forward-facing seating position (Not included in the price).
