Stool designed by Jasper Morrison for Vitra.
He is a leading figure in New Simplicity, a movement that advocated a modest and serious approach to design. Light and velvety to the touch, Cork stools are made from a solid but light piece of pressed chipboard. The design of this family of stools, which also work perfectly as side tables, is made with unsealed cork so that they develop a beautiful patina over time.
