




Pao portable Lamp is a battery lamp design designed by Japanese Naoto Fukasawa for the Danish firm HAY.
Its soft shapes and shiny exterior finish make it very decorative and attractive, you can move the portable Pao lamp to any room in the house or take it outside.

From the designer furniture and lighting firm HAY present us the Pao lamp collection is an exciting collaboration with Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa.
It is named Pao because of its inspiration from the soft and shiny shapes of traditional Mongolian Pao tents. Pao portable lamp by HAY is based on Fukasawa's aesthetic of beautiful simplicity; creating an everyday object that is based on the existing design values in the natural world.
Both the base and shade of the Pao lamp are constructed of durable polycarbonate, with a smooth, high-gloss finish.
The light source of the portable PAO lamp is hidden inside the shade, behind an opal polycarbonate diffuser, providing an efficient and diffused downlight, with a warm and homely glow.
The compact, battery-operated design allows you to move the lamp to different rooms in the house or take it to the garden and other outdoor spaces.
