José Antonio Coderch (1913-1984) was the true driving force behind the renaissance of post-war Spanish architecture . In his work he was able to synthesize the contributions of the modern movement and the modernist architecture of Jujol or Gaudí. His values were always clear: honesty, seriousness and maximum demand in the work from an interpretation of the trade that is more artisan than artistic, more human than technical.
