Cone Chair - Vitra

Vitra offers one of Verner Panton's best-known designs, the Cone Chair, was originally created to be part of the furniture and decoration of a restaurant in Denmark.

It stands out for its conical design, which inspires its name, formed by a padded shell that shapes the base and the rounded backrest that also serves as an armrest. The seat incorporates a soft cushion that provides comfort to the chair.

Cone Chair by Vitra is produced only with Tonus upholstery, a classic wool fabric made of a simple fabric, with a soft and flexible appearance, and extraordinarily attractive. The deep intensity of its colors.

The structure is achieved with GRP material (laminated plastic reinforced with fiberglass), to which is added a padding with polyurethane foam and seat cushion. All this on a satin stainless steel base in the shape of a cross that is finished with plastic sliders.
