Gan Rugs proposes different and attractive alternatives for our home. The Kilim Modica rug combines a geometric pattern that stands out for combining squares and triangles as if it were a tangram. It also emphasizes the shapes and silhouette with a marked contrasting frame in reddish color.
The Spanish firm's rug collection Gan Rugs expands, innovation in patterns and materials is evident in the brand. On this occasion they have counted on the designer María Mengual for the creation of the Modica Kilims collection.
In these Kilim, the designer has captured an abstract pattern or aesthetic based on geometrization based on basic figures.
Although it seems inspired by the pieces of the Tangram, the source of inspiration for the Modica rugs are the street tiles, which create a visual play between shapes and lines that appear and disappear creating asymmetrical shapes and perimeters throughout the surface of the Kilim.
It is made using the Kilim technique as mentioned above with 100% virgin wool.
Available in 3 sizes.
It is reversible.
